Quincy BRUNCH 2016

We changed things up a little this year and decided to make our annual dinner a brunch and to have it at our house. The kids had a great time and all the adults had some time to catch up. It's been too long! Brunch was delicious and Keith & Michele made us some really great drinks. Looking forward to our next get-together!

Keith and Michele concocted some yummy drinks for us

Not sure what happened to Annie in this picture but she's clearly unhappy about something

Fun at the kid table

We lit a candle and sang happy birthday to Annie before we ate our donuts

Emma is donut crazy like her sister

Annie wanted to carry all her presents around in her new "purse"

We've grown so much and these kids are getting so big!

Celebrating Chris

Memere and Poppy treated us to a special dinner in Reston to celebrate Chris' birthday.

The Star Wars cupcakes were a hit with the girls, but the chocolate peanut butter pie was to die for!

Kevin and Lolo joined us and the girls had a great time with them.

The gang's all here!

Bowling Party

Emma and Annie celebrated Lily and Eveie's 5th birthdays with a party at the bowling alley. It was Emma's first time bowling, but she did pretty well.

Daddy made a bowling card for the twins

Bumper lanes were definitely helpful for the little ones

Peppa party

We had a little birthday celebration for our girl with the family, her godparents and her little buddy Ben from next door.

Our little party girl

Our birthday girl wanted a Peppa party, so mommy made her some Peppa cupcake toppers

Yummy cupcakes!

Bounce house girl

Neighbor Ben, Caroline, and her new sister Claire joined us for the celebration

What a haul! Aunt Lolo helped us keep track of all the presents.

We were so happy that Grandmemere made it to our celebration!

Baby Claire got a lot of attention from the grandmas!

2 years old!

Happiest of birthdays to our crazy, lovable little girl!

Annie knew it was her birthday as soon as she got up that morning.

Annie got a big wheel that she is still figuring out how to ride
Annie also got a new sleeping bag from Emma so the two of them could do slumber parties together. This is at Aunt Lolo's house a few weeks after her birthday.

Birthday donuts for our donut-crazy girl

Aunt Lolo brought Annie a donut balloon (it didn't survive more than an hour)

NYE with the Colonel

We tried out a new tradition that we thought the kids would like ... KFC for NYE dinner. Emma was a fan but Annie was not. The initial yumminess also gave way to upset tummies later. Maybe we won't be trying this again next year ...
