Our first snow of the season wasn't really the kind you want to play in, but this little girl was still really excited to see the first flakes!

Fun at the show

Emma loves the Berenstain Bear books, so you can imagine how excited she was to see them in a show. Thanks for the tickets, Grandma!

Emma was a little scared of meeting the bears in person. Maybe she was starstruck?

Fall Camping

Emma wanted to go camping a couple of weeks ago, so we fired up the chiminea to roast hot dogs and smores and then we "camped" in her tent in the living room. She and Annie had a ball!

So, this happened ...

Emma finally had her first haircut. She was very cooperative and it took less than 10 minutes. She says she wants to grow her hair out now for Aunt Lauren's wedding. She and Annie are going to be flower girls!

Getting cold!

Caroline came over to try out the new swingset on one of the coldest days of the year so far, so we bundled up and braved the cold!
